Neil Adams

Mr. Adams is the Managing Director for ePlanet Ventures, a Venture Capital firm, named Top 10 Venture Capital firms of the Year in China by Zero2IPO two years in a row. The firm's most notable portfolio companies include - Baidu (BIDU), Kong Zhong (KONG), Focus Media (FMCN) and Skype (EBAY). Prior to joining ePlanet, Mr. Adams directed financial operations for several divisions within Time Warner and was the Executive Director of Worldwide TV an Home Video Finance for Paramount Pictures. Mr. Adams is a qualified C.P.A. and holds both a B.B.A. and M.S. degree from the University of Texas in Finance and Accounting. Mr. Adams also holds an M.Sc. (Econ.) degree from the London School of Economics, and a Graduate Certificate in International Tax from Golden Gate University.

Dr. Chris Chung

Dr. Chris, C. Chung received his Ph.D. in Computer Science in 1989 at KAIST, the leading national graduate school in South Korea. He then went on to invent and co-found eMachines, Inc., which was later sold to Gateway, Inc. Dr. Chung went on to found several other companies including iCube, Corp. (Korea) and Mondo, Inc. (Korea). Dr. Chung currently serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer for TriGem Computers, Inc. Korea and sits on the board of SOTEC, Japan.

John Hui

Mr. Hui brings more than two decades of valuable business experience gained in the PC and Internet industry. His expertise in monitor and PC distribution and retail, as well as Internet marketing and e-commerce helped start Everex System Inc., formerly a major PC company listed on the NASDAQ. In 1984, Mr. Hui founded Techpower Inc., a successful distributor of PC systems and peripherals, and in 1993 founded KDS USA where he successfully transformed KDS into a leading brand in the monitor industry. Mr. Hui was President and CEO of KDS USA, and Co-Founder and Board Director of eMachines, a major PC and Internet business in the United States. He privatized eMachines in January of 2002 and later sold eMachines in March 2004 to Gateway Inc. for $290 million. Of his $129 million in profit, Mr. Hui rewarded his employees by giving them $82.5 million. Mr. Hui is the second-largest shareholder of Gateway, Inc.. He graduated with a B.Sc. in Business Management from State University of New York at Buffalo and an MBA from McMaster University, Ontario, Canada. Certified as Certified Internal Auditor by the Institute of Internal Auditors, Mr. Hui worked in the accounting profession until 1982 as Resident Inspector of Transaction Technology for Citicorp.

Stephen Klein

Mr. Klein is an Independent Consultant with a B.A. from UMass / Amherst and an M.B.A. from Harvard University. In the past, Mr. Klein has served as the Vice President of Marketing for Liquid Audio, Executive Vice President of Market Development for Too Far, and has held senior positions with Hill Holliday, Harley-Davidson, and Line 6. Throughout his career, Mr. Klein has worked in a diverse set of industries including: computer, software, credit card, motorcycle, music, radio, internet, ski and retail categories.

Dr. William C.Y. Lee

With more than 35 years wireless experience and 27 US patents (11 more pending) Dr. William C.Y. Lee is regarded as a world-class scholar in wireless communications. Dr. Lee spent 15 years as one of the pioneers in developing the advanced wireless technology, AMPS, for Bell Labs. Subsequently, he joined the ITT Defense Communications Division where he headed the advanced mobile communications system.

In 1990, Dr. Lee invented and patented a new microcell system that increased radio capacity by 2.5 times over the conventional microcell system. As a leader in personal communications network (PCN) technology, Dr. Lee led the team that won the PCN license in the UK in 1989 for PacTel. In addition, he headed up the application of PacTel's PCS experimental trial in 1993. It was under his leadership that the first CDMA commercial system was completed in Los Angeles, CA in 1995. Dr. Lee went on to assist Qualcomm in the development of their CDMA technologies.

Dr. Lee formerly served as co-chairman of the CTIA ARTS Committee, which initiated the selection of the 2G Standard System for the United States. His previous positions also included Chief Scientist and Vice President of Vodafone Airtouch and Chairman of LinkAir Communications, Inc.

Dr. Lee has been elected as an IEEE Fellow and has served as a member of numerous councils, including the California State Council on Science and Technology, the US Council on Competitiveness and the FCC Technical Advisory Council. He has earned many prestigious awards, including the IEEE VTS Avant Garde Award, the C.T.I.A. Award, the CDMA Industry Achievement Award, the SATEC Award, a Bell Lab Service Award and, most recently, the IEEE Third Millennium Medal Award. Dr. Lee has published more than 200 articles and seven text books on wireless communications.

Steve Mosher

Mr. Mosher is the former Vice President of Personal Digital Entertainment for Creative Labs where he focused on introducing new technologies to consumers and developing strategic partnerships for product bundles. Prior to joining Creative Labs, Mr. Mosher spent several years in the aerospace industry designing flight simulations and as a professor at UCLA.

Gregory Ulmer

Mr. Ulmer currently serves as a professor for the University of Florida's English Department and has been recognized by the Academy of Distinguished Teaching Scholars. Mr. Ulmer's current research is focused the effects of new digital media on literacy, which he has termed "Electracy." He has authored several books including: Internet Invention: From Literacy to Electracy (Longman 2003), Heuretics: The Logic of Invention (Johns Hopkins, 1994), and Teletheory: Grammatology in the Age of Video (Routledge, 1989). Mr. Ulmer is currently conducting a series of Internet experiments which concentrate on the adoption of Electracy and its influence on the American national identity.
